• Pediatric Cerebral Palsy: A total dose of 4U/kg body weight is recommended for the affected gastrocnemius muscle in patients with hemiplegia, and 6U/kg body weight divided between both legs in patients with diplegia. The maximum dose should not exceed 200U per patient at a time.
